The Yōkai Crochelves in Blackpool
The Tale of the Yōkai Crochelves in Blackpool✨🌸
Long ago, before the time of postcards and promenade lights, a quiet Japanese cargo ship set sail across vast oceans, carrying delicate silks, scrolls of painted cranes, and… something hidden — tiny beings stitched from spirit and thread. These were the Yōkai Crochelves, lovingly crocheted in the traditions of forgotten sea spirits. Each one had a tiny embroidered flower blooming from its heart — a sign that it was alive with wonder and kindness.

Official Declaration of Creation and Ownership of the Brand “Crochelves” by Lena Berg
Official Declaration of Creation and Ownership of the Brand “Crochelves” by Lena Berg
Copyright & Originality Statement
I, Lena Berg, am the sole creator and original author of the unique brand and concept "Crochelves", a collection of hand-crocheted mystical creatures inspired by folklore, nature, and the imaginative spirit of Merseyside. These soft-sculpture beings — part fairy, part folklore, and full of charm — are not simply toys, but lovingly handcrafted artworks with original names, stories, and character.
The term "Crochelf" and the brand "Crochelves" were entirely conceived and developed by me, from my own imagination, hands, and heart. Each Crochelf design, name, and backstory is original and forms part of my artistic and literary work.
Date of Origin: The name Crochelves and my first Crochelf characters were created by me in 12 January 2024, and have been shared online via my blog and crochet art portfolio.
